Has the conversation on sexism changed? Take our survey

If you are a woman who currently works in the auto industry, please read on and take action.

A year ago, Automotive News published Project XX, which looked at sexism in the auto industry. Now we’d like to see whether the conversation has changed.

Sharon Silke Carty and I have received a lot of feedback from women and men in the industry who say they were relieved to have an opening to talk frankly about sexism and workplace issues.

The mission of last year’s survey was to find out how gender issues have affected the work of women in the auto industry. This year’s (shorter!) survey is intended to see whether anything has changed in the last year.

The Project XX 2018 survey is anonymous, but there is a link at the end to share contact information if you’re willing to talk to a reporter.

Before Nov. 4, please go to https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ProjectXX2018Survey and share your thoughts with us. And please pass the link along to women you know who currently work in the auto industry.

Automotive News will run a story on Project XX 2018 in December. Thanks for your support!
