AWAF Individual Coaching Program – Build and enhance your personal & professional brand

The opportunity:
• A special personal coaching program available to AWAF members
• Any stage of career is eligible – new or seasoned professionals welcome
• Meet yourself on a deeper level & learn how to grow personally and professionally

Time frame of commitment:
• Six 1-hour sessions within 8 months 
• You define the time & location (virtual meetings also possible)

Your contribution:
• $150 to AWAF (Funds support advancing women in automotive)
• Six hours invested in yourself

Your coaching journey:
• Meet your coach, clarify the coaching process - your expectations and vision for the outcome
• Take inventory – your values, strengths, any blind spots
• Establish realistic goals & develop strategies to accomplish your goals
• Experience real-time, real-life implementation
