Yvonne Moulton

Yvonne is currently a Senior Supplier Quality Engineer at Our Next Energy (ONE), a battery startup based in Novi, Michigan. Since joining ONE, she has demonstrated exceptional dedication and expertise, playing a critical role in projects and initiatives within manufacturing operations. Yvonne's academic foundation is a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. She continued her education via graduate studies, earning both a Master of Engineering Management and an MBA from Lawrence Technological University.

Yvonne's professional journey started at Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (Stellantis) in the Purchasing and Supplier Quality Leadership Development Program. Here, she gained knowledge throughout various areas of the company before moving to her primary role as a Supplier Quality Engineer. Her background includes assembly plant operations, manufacturing, and quality with an expertise in high-risk supplier development. Yvonne took on leadership roles, including Culture Chair and VP of Events in the Society of Women Engineers (SWE) at Stellantis. Due to her impact on the Grand Cherokee L Launch in 2020, Yvonne earned a "Recognition of Excellence" Award. Passionate about inspiring the next generation of engineers, Yvonne is an involved alumna of Michigan Tech. Annually returning to her alma mater, she actively recruits and coordinates mentoring programs and intern events for students.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Yvonne is a literacy mentor through the Center for Success Network in Pontiac, MI. She finds joy in performing at festivals and cultural events year-round in the PRCUA Zakopane Polish Folk Dance Ensemble. Yvonne is also an assistant teacher for the PRCUA Zajaczek Children's Polish Dance Ensemble. In her free time, she enjoys traveling with her husband Cody.
