Get comfortable, sit back, relax and treat yourself to a spa day!  Not exactly, but this 4-hour workshop will treat you to a greater understanding of the fundamentals behind the numbers in any business.  While we won’t be in pedicure chairs, we will be in a supportive learning environment so that you can become comfortable with the language and foundation of the accounting and financial reporting critical to success in today’s businesses.  About 30% of Fortune 500 CEOs spent the first few years of their careers developing a strong foundation in finance. Join us for this highly interactive and fun workshop and take the mystery out of the numbers.

    Objectives:
Acquire the fundamental language of accounting and finance
Identify critical financial reports and the key elements of profitability and business evaluation
Grasp budgeting concepts and the drivers behind the budget
Develop key performance indexes, ratios and metrics relevant to your business
Explore cash flow and techniques for projecting cash flow
Create your own plan for putting these concepts into action
