Karolina Kusza

Karolina is a junior transferring to Wayne State University, Detroit, Michigan to pursue a Bachelor of Science degree in Global Supply Chain Management. She currently works as a paralegal with aspirations to obtain a law degree and work as a corporate counsel for an automotive company or supplier. Her role model is her close friend who graduated law school and works as a VP and General Counsel at a major Tier 1 automotive supplier. Karolina has been part of the automotive industry since she was young. Her father is a car dealer and collects vintage Mercedes from the 1950’s and 60’s. Karolina became a US citizen in May of 2016. Karolina previously was as an Au Pair for a family who worked for General Motors and Chrysler, and who introduced her to the automotive industry in Michigan. She has also worked in retail and hotel services. She is proficient in Polish and English and resides in Farmington Hills, Michigan.  The scholarship was sponsored by Warner Norcross & Judd LLP.
