Elder Automotive Group
Molly Padovini is General Manager for the Elder Automotive Group responsible for premium luxury brand dealerships in Michigan, including Jaguar of Troy, Jaguar of Novi, Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside and Aston Martin of Troy. In this role, she is responsible for the profitability and operations (sales, financing, service, parts, collision, accounting and administration) of these four dealerships.
Molly has spent her entire professional career in the automotive industry, accumulating over 30 years’ experience in dealership operations and leadership positions. She joined the the Elder Automotive Group in 1987, and rose through the ranks serving as Finance Manager; New Car Sales Manager; and Fixed Operations Director for the Service, Parts and Collision. She was first named General Manager in 2001 and assumed overall leadership for Aston Martin Jaguar of Troy dealerships.
In 2007, Molly was instrumental in leading the build-out and opening of the 60,000 square foot Jaguar Land Rover franchise, Jaguar Land Rover Lakeside, located in Macomb, Michigan. As General Manager of this dealership since its inception, Molly has built a team and a dealership that dominates the Detroit market in both sales and customer satisfaction.
At the end of 2007, the Elder Automotive Group continued to expand by acquiring Jaguar of Novi, and Molly was named General Manager of her fourth dealership.
Under Molly’s leadership, the Elder Automotive Group’s luxury brand dealerships have won numerous awards for sales and customer satisfaction, including the number one volume Jaguar dealership in the country as well as multiple “Pride of Jaguar” awards for customer sales and satisfaction.
Molly has served on the North America Jaguar Advertising advisory board. Additionally, she is a founding member and past President of the Automotive Women’s Alliance Foundation, a professional organization dedicated to the advancement of women in the global automotive industry.
A graduate of Central Michigan University, Molly holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Marketing.
