 Thomas Apostolos was named Vice President Operations in August 2014. In this position, Apostolos is responsible for 32 divisions and over 12,000 employees in North America and the U.K.

Apostolos was previously President of Ricardo, Inc. – the North and South American subsidiary of Ricardo plc, a technical, environmental and strategic consultancy to the transportation and other industries.
Prior to becoming President of Ricardo, Inc. in October 2012, Apostolos held a number of positions with Magna in his 19 years with the company. Apostolos joined Magna in 1993 at Co-Ex-Tec Industries, a manufacturing division of Magna, as Engineering Manager and was promoted to General Manager in 1994. He moved to Polycon Industries, a division of Magna Exteriors, as General Manager in 1998. Apostolos joined Intier Automotive in September 2001 as Vice President – Manufacturing and was later promoted to Global President - Intier Automotive Interiors in October 2002. In 2007 he became President of Magna Exteriors & Interiors Asia Pacific.
Apostolos began his career at General Motors, where he held various senior engineering and manufacturing positions, including Technical Manager at Delphi Thermal Operations.
Apostolos earned his Bachelor’s of Engineering Science (BESc) in Electrical Engineering from the University of Western Ontario in 1985. In addition, he has completed leadership programs at Harvard, the Sloan School of Business at MIT and York University.
